Fred was a great help as a salesman. We discussed what needed to be done and was not needed to be done in each room. When Tom came to start the process, we took one more part of the bathroom off the bill that did not need regrouting. Both Fred and Tom explained everything they were doing, and the cleanup was perfect. If you want an excellent job done and kind, knowledgeable employees, Sir Grout is your choice!

I had my bathroom done today, and I couldn't be more pleased. Fred came to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and his price was very reasonable. He addressed all of my concerns.

Tom came to do the job, and he explained everything he was going to do and got to work right away. He spent the entire day, and I was shocked at the results. It looks brand new. After he was finished, he went over everything he did and gave me advice on cleaning. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would highly recommend!
