Fred was great to deal with! Got right back to me after I left a message. He was very professional and explained the process. He was out to my house within a couple days and got me an estimate within a couple hours. The estimate was very fair and we booked the job with him. His technicians were there within a few days.

I had two bathrooms whose tile floors, walls and shower/tub were installed in 1958 when the house was built. You can imagine how they looked before, but the grout, and the tiles looked absolutely stunning! These rooms haven't looked so good since 1958! They saw that we were also looking to get an original stone floor with old, yellowed varathane, cleaned up and restored somewhat. They thought they could probably get it done and gave me a quote that was a fraction of another quote I had gotten.

It took Joe and Tom multiple applications of stripper, but My siblings were stunned at how the colors had been brought back to life and absolutely make the room "pop!" The technicians were very professional and diligent in their work to restore these 3 rooms! I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again in the future!

Late in the spring I contacted Fred at Sir Grout because the 20 year old tile floor in my kitchen, dining room, powder room and laundry area was unsightly and I wanted to see if Sir Grout could provide a remedy. Fred promptly came to explain the processes involved and to answer my questions and he quickly provided a competitive estimate.

He was efficient in making arrangements for Joe to perform the work. Joe did a fantastic job cleaning the tiles and color sealing the grout lines and I was pleased to find that the floors were restored to their original beauty. I highly recommend Sir Grout services! I must also note that recently when I anticipated needing other services from Sir Grout and I contacted Fred for advice, he promptly responded. It is such a pleasure to deal with such a professional company.
