Fred was a great help as a salesman. We discussed what needed to be done and was not needed to be done in each room. When Tom came to start the process, we took one more part of the bathroom off the bill that did not need regrouting. Customer service was great, and scheduling an appointment for an estimate to clean & repair our shower area was easy. Fred, the sales representative, came to the house right on time and was both very knowledgeable & professional. He spent just enough time going over all the details & explaining the procedure, and was able to answer all my questions and provide advice.
