I am so very happy with this company! Very professional and an excellent job. Fred from sales thoroughly explained everything they were going to do to make my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen countertops look brand new. My kitchen countertops needed new silicone, this was done on the same day. I knew I needed to have this done, but didn't realize how much until the job was completed. Gio and Tom who did the work were very thorough and neat! They cleaned everything up as they went along. Highly recommend this company!! Thank you for the excellent service.

Sir Grout of Western Jersey does magic with your home. Tom and Geo came and within two hours they turned old beat bathrooms to better than new. I'm being honest … BETTER than new. I wish I had found this company sooner! Fred, the sales manager, contacted me right away after my online inquiry and scheduled a quote. He was prompt and a very responsive communicator every step of the way. We were on a tight timeline and Fred and the owner did all they could to accommodate our schedule. Our job was a big one. We had 3 techs, Tom, Evan, and Michelle who all took great pride and care in their work. Because of the size of the job, it carried over into a few more days. Again, this company looks to do good work and please their customers. Plus, our old tile floor with missing, discolored grout and chips in the tile looks like new! Highly recommend!

We hired Sir Grout to clean, regrout, and reseal our master bathroom (shower, walls, floor, and surrounding areas of the tub), kitchen floor/foyer areas, and reseal countertops. Fred from Sales was so helpful and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that he answered all of our questions and concerns as we have never done a project like this before. He provided samples of work and we couldn't wait to get started. Tom, our technician was here for two days and kept the entire workspace (upstairs and downstairs) completely clean. He explained every process before the next step was completed, and provided color options along the way for everything. He was extremely kind and friendly, and he also answered all questions we had regarding how to clean all areas properly. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond - and it shows!! The tiles look brand new, we couldn't be happier with Sir Grout and highly recommend this company!!
